Students not only need to be guided in education, but also need to be psychologically motivated. Our career counselor guides students at this crucial stage of their life, to realize their dream of pursuing higher education at the Institutions of their choice.
Periodical feedbacks are taken from students as well as parents, so that the comfort level of the child is maintained and he is able to perform consistently.
As we progress into the session, and the students gear up for the board exam, we call in experts from the industry who appraise the parents of the on-going trends and also the various career options available today after they finish their XII.
Our career counselor helps candidates to get into a career that is suited to their aptitude, personality, interest and skill.
The above facility can also be availed of by students moving from class X to XI, the stage when the student needs to choose the subjects, which would help him realize his long term goal.

At Winners’ Academy, we believe that every child is unique and should get an equal opportunity when it comes to education.
However, some students definitely need extra help and inputs by way of individual and dedicated attention for better understanding of the course content. This is essential for them to gain confidence and do well. So, apart from the regular coaching in a particular batch, we organise special “One to One” sessions for these students to cover the gaps.
The “One to One” classes are handled by extremely experienced and qualified teachers. These dedicated teachers work on the students’ fundamentals and help in bringing them at par with their peers. With this program, we ensure the students get the best of both -The peer competition in the heterogeneous batch and Individual attention with teachers on doubt clarification.
